DUAL-STAGE FILTER ELEMENT TRAPS PARTICULATES FOR LONGER ELEMENT LIFE AND LESS NOISE
- Designed specifically to manage the demanding service problems associated with desiccant regenerative-type air dryers, which often expel air laden with moisture and desiccant dust
- Primary stage of dual-stage filter element traps particulates, allowing cleaner air to permeate freely through the secondary noise reduction stage
- Features a relief valve that is triggered to open if the air outflow becomes obstructed by particulate build-up and will divert air outflow directly to atmosphere
- Free desiccant fragments should be purged from an air dryer system before installing a new Air Dryer Muffler or whenever an air dryer has been recharged with new desiccant material
- Recommended for pressures up to 175 psi (12 Bar)

HeBei Amusen Filter Paper Co., Ltd was found in 2000, which is located in WeiBo Industrial zone of XinJi, HeBei, China. Amusen focus on developing filter paper in the filed of automotive, industrial, medical, chemical and food filtration, and the currently main lead products are high quality of automotive filter paper and teabag filter paper, after decades years improvement, Amusen got highly reputation all around the world.
Science and technology constitute the primary productive force. Amusen always pays more attention on innovation of scientific research and cultivate the scientific research teram. In 2003, Amusen cooperated with TianJin Paper Research Institute and developed the firstly self-designed oblique wire machine. In order to develop the ability of study and research ion filtration, invested a laboratory with Xi'an Technology Univeristy for professional analysis filtration in 2016, to be sure that improve self study ability of filter and filtration matrials, in the year 2017 invested more final products analysis test equipment to guide our producing.
Advanced equipment is the most important quality guarantee for a company. To satisfy the market needs, Amusen Filter Paper has invested huge investment to import a new production line and papermaking technology from Voith in 2014, which is the most advanced machine for food-area filter paper in the world. Amusen is the only company can produce non-heatsealable filter paper in China. Amusen's teabag filter paper has become favorite to the wolrd biggest tea company such as TATA group, Unilever.
In 2017, Amusen has invested a most advanced automotive filter paper production line which is three layers forming process equipment. This production line adopts the three-layer inclined mesh forming process and the full automatic production mode, by adding different media to each layer to improve the filtering accuracy and service life of the filter paper.
In 2019, Amusen's production capacity has reached 25 thousand Tons per year and constantly growth. The company has totally 6 production lines currently, and we invested a new production for fiberglass air filter paper and coming on stream in 2020.
